About us
At Evolve Rehabilitation, we guide and support our clients through their rehabilitation journey, in a safe and structured environment. Through short, medium, or long-term residential support we support our clients to regain independence and re-learn daily activities.
About the role
As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing health assessments of rehab patients and monitoring their progress as they reach their goals. You will also provide clinical leadership to the Rehabilitation Assistants and Residential Team Leaders, ensuring all staff are equipped to deal with health-related issues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an extremely rewarding rehab setting with our clients.
This is a permanent position for 24 hours per fortnight and is located at Evolve Rehabilitation, Palmerston North.

Registered Nurse with current NZ Nursing Council APC
Committed to continuous quality improvement and personal development
Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
Hold a clean and current full driver’s licence
