About Us
At Evolve Rehabilitation, we guide and support our clients through their rehabilitation journey, in a safe and structured environment. Through short, medium, or long-term residential support we support our clients to regain independence and re-learn daily activities.

About the role
As a Rehabilitation Coach, you will be responsible for carrying out the client’s rehabilitation plans. You will also:

  • Empower clients to complete daily tasks, with oversight, direct assistance, or prompting as required
  • Support our clients to participate in various activities
  • Assist clients with personal care
  • Help clients progress along with their rehab journey
  • Contribute to the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the residential facility

This is a permanent full-time position, located in South Auckland.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you
As the Rehabilitation Coach, you will be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic. you will have a polite and friendly manner with a key focus on providing a positive experience for our clients. You will also demonstrate and have the following skills and experiences:

  • Ideally, hold a NZQA qualification, or studying toward a certificate in Health & well-being/or career force level study
  • Preferably hold a current first aid certificate
  • Good command of the English language both in written and oral communication
  • Hold a current full driver’s license
  • Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively alongside others
  • Demonstrate excellent self-management and time management
  • Have a “can do” attitude and works well in a team
  • The ability to cover rostered and rotating shifts (am, pm, nights - including weekends)
